The Insurance Call
I had an question regarding dental insurance coverage
for our family of seven, including five children. I phoned
my insurance company and punched in my group number
as the voice mail requested. Then I waited.
When the insurance lady finally came on the line she
apologized for the delay. She told me that practically all
they had done all week was field calls from men requesting
to know if the new male potency drug, Viagra, is covered
by their insurance. They were told coverage is denied.
"However," she said, "I took one look at the computer
screen for your family and decided to take your call first,
because I knew you weren't calling about Viagra!"
